That is some fine craftsmanship, turning that little Buck into a good looking walnut stocked artwork. Subscribed.

the best daisy winchester was the 1894 but daisy stopped production .daisy is really a lame company after 100 years every red ryder continues to misfire the gun is flawed after a hundred years they still put out that junk and dont fix it you see guys modify them to shoot harder better whats daisies excuse none they suck and they refuse to release any spittin image guns they only care about the lame duck red ryder the worst daisy gun ,daisy fan boys boo hoo cry all you want so what red ryder sells trillions its flawed and trillions are followers not leaders

I’ve shot well over 50k bbs and pellets through my model 35. Best BB gun to get. And has power like a pellet gun. And there very accurate for a BB gun. Good sturdy feel to and I’ve never had to replace any parts. It’s always fired and worked as should.

This is the best air gun review I have ever watched!!! Right to the point!!!! Thank you sir!!!!

Thx! (^_^) Yup. Just got the 880 and use it with pellets exclusively. (O_O) But....sorely missed the simpliciy/ease of the old 760 pumpmaster/BBs which was the smoothbore workhorse for 9 years till it finally gave up the ghost. ( •_•) Arriving today? The Model 35 along with a Buck Rail adapter/suppressor. (✦ ‿ ✦) Big fan of using these smoothbores with 3 BBs and 10 pumps at less than 50 feet. \(^_^)/

Man. thanks for showing this, 20+fps gain from the carbon shot tube is really interesting. I wonder what's going on, it must be lower friction. Is the ID of the carbon tube any different from the steel tube eg is less air escaping past the BB? Impressive result. I wonder if a little dry lube inside the steel tube would bring the numbers up. If it did I guess the effect would only be temporary. Cheers

In a pinch you can use a 10-32 screw until you get a Daisy screw with the smooth shank.

You're better off spending the money on BBs

I have a model 25 that’s over 100 years old, and a couple new ones. They all shoot pretty good, fun to make a beer can dance across the back yard as fast as I can pump and squeeze.
@orangehorse50372 ай бұрын
They're great little plinkers and are surprisingly accurate with diabolo pellets, despite having a smooth bore.
@trevorjameson32133 ай бұрын
In my opinion, the Model 35 is the best true "BB" gun out there. A smoothbore with excellent power and great accuracy. I have the same camo model that you have, and I really enjoy it a lot. I can easily hit a 2" steel fence pipe at 30 yards almost every time from a standing position, and no scope. I have never had a BB gun with that kind of accuracy, or with this much power. I also use it regularly for rodent control in and around the barn, and it works great for snakes too. Also the deep, sharp checkering on the grip and pump lever provide a perfect and sure grip. Again, best BB gun I've ever owned.
@Fomogarage19 күн бұрын
I’ve had the same camo one before, put well over 50k bbs through it. The are very accurate for a BB gun and suprising power comparable to a regular pellet gun

The Daisy /Winchester model 12 looks more like a 12 gage shotgun than a BB gun but that's cool.

GREAT INFORMATION ON THIS AIR GUN!!!!!!!!!!
@Beesa105 ай бұрын
Awesome! I wonder what difference (if any) it would make if the air ports were offset or if a slot/s were milled in the air tube? Gradually reducing the OD of the tube using your method to achieve a close sliding fit is genius as the tube is also going to act as a precise guide and the sealing will be improved.

thanks for some great tips. Just one thing, I would extend the heat shrink all the way to the pellet feeder. It may tame both noise and barrel resonances.
@kennethjames99995 ай бұрын
Another reviewer on here noticed his jammed too, he came to the conclusion that it was because he rode the trigger and when he took his finger off while reloading and pumping he didn't really have that issue.

Great video - thank you, I have had my 35 for about a week and a room with a few thousand dollars of real airguns . Boy is this thing fun, and super accurate to boot - for what it is and what it cost. Big plus to me is the feel, it just feels and carries like a rifle and not a toy.

So, I'm missing something, how did you push the barrel assembly out with the load gate installed? You can't use the pipe to push out the barrel assembly with the load gate installed, the load gate needs to come out first, I'm confused.
@blackbarrelcustoms37046 ай бұрын
If you use a small screwdriver that can fit inside both the barrel shroud, and shot tube, you can knock it loose to come right out.

That’s a cool mod. I never thought about making a break action out of a lever cocker. I now what my next build is going to be. Thanks

Good video on this gun, there’s not many out there like you mentioned. I’ve had this gun for about 3 years and it’s never jammed on me and still works flawlessly! 🇺🇸

I also installed a carbon fiber shot tube. Useless! It shot high and right. Rotated the barrel and low and left. So, it is useless.
@blackbarrelcustoms37046 ай бұрын
It may take some slight crowning with a rotary tool. If you tried one of my cfst's, I'm sorry for the results you have found. I havnt heard many complaints and yours is noted.
