Holding weight overhead like that can definitely be tiring on the delta which makes this less optimal than other exercises when it comes to growing those muscles and a redundant exercise for most people. Done properly it challenges the supraspinatus muscle of the rotator cuffs which can help people with a depressed scapula pull the shoulder blades up. This is all to say it’s super specifically helpful to people prone to overhead throwing injuries like me but otherwise just a variation of the shrug lol.

Looking back over Arthur Jones writings, he suggested a 2/8 rep cadence for 2:1 training. Do you feel a 2/4 or a 2/8 is better for BANA 2:1 training?

24 hours in and am Pumping like crazy.. muscle gain on top💯. Mental clarity👌. Diabetes and ulcers gone. 12kgs droped from 88kg to 76kgs. 5 months in and it has become my lifestyle. High protein and Vegetable diet. Zero carbohydrates and if a must, only complex carbohydrates in moderation.
