Seated is best, better stretch on legs and less strain on lower back

Never trained Hamstrings. But when I did with the Stiff-Leg Dumbbell Deadlift along with Seated Hamstring Curls, Wolaaaaa! Growth. 😊 I'd choose the Seated version any day.
