The one where your left arm is isometrically straining against the side support and the right performs a standard lateral raise would have interesting effects if, after the right hand set you switch positions and brace with the right and swing with the left. That is, you get an isometric strain followed by an ordinary kinetic one. And so on, switching again.

Grow your shoulders by using 10 pounds of weight😂 Partial sideraises.....omg, its new for sure. Come on man, this is ridiculous. And people believe this....this is crazy.....but people will never find out. This is my opinion by the way, using logic and 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.
