1. Notice the huge tree so close to the house. Roots in the plumbing system and damaging the foundation is a potential problem. 2. The deck has no concrete footers to support it. Eventually, rain will wash away the soil around the posts. 3. Electrical box outside? It can easily be tampered with and also rust over time due to the elements.
