Survey song number 36 Jerry Reed Hubbard's titled cut from the LP of the same name.DJ Richard Brown here counting them down & the hits won't stop until we get to the top. Here's a letter from Zack Morris of Saved by the Bell. Dear DJ Richard Brown:In the Saved by the Bell season 2 episode titled Pinned To The Mat Story by Jeffrey Sachs Teleplay by Richard Merwin,Scott Spencer Gorden & Glen A.Larson. Albert Clifford Slater told Marvin Nedick to pick on someone else his own size instead of Screech. Marvin Nedick fell down on the mat while Kelly Kapowski said I thought you gonna quit wrestling.Albert Clifford Slater said when his quiche blew up & he realizes he's just a big kid & he doesn't need a career right now.I was telling Marvin Nedick that I finally beat you.Your dirt bike is mine.I won the bet when suddenly Dennis Haskins as Mr.Richard Belding caught me making a bet with real stakes against his dirtbike & you guessed it.Gambling is the wrong thing I've done cause instead of Marvin's dirt bike,I got an all expense paid trip to detention here at lovely Bayside Highschool. The detention capitol of the world.DJ Richard Brown could you please play the Lonesome Loser by the Little River Band. Thanks to Richard Belding I lost the bet & Marvin Nedick got his dirt bike back.Sincerely Zack Morris. Zack Morris Here's your long distance request & long distance dedication.

I never got to witness the dying embers of Frank, Dean and Sammy's Las Vegas. But I did the Miami Beach of Arthru Godfrey, Jackie Gleason and Wolfie Cohen. And for that alone, I am extremely and eternally grateful...

Right, I don't live near I-95, but it seems like a lot of highways have changed as far as signage and stuff goes. Kinda sucks. A lot of the Interstate shields on the big green exit signs in particular just have the white Interstate numbers smaller and flat-out ugly-looking now lol.

What a performance. Used to skip this one for being a "standard tv performance", which really doesn't do it justice. The guitar playing is on fire here and the slightly percussive sound BURNS IT UP

Saw him in '92 and several times thereafter. Very genuine and friendly. So was his banjo player!

An original rock and roller. And one hell of a guitar player. Some would call this rockabilly, but it's just damn good music, period!

Fascinating! Some things (like technology) sure have changed, but not everything: evacuating is still a major operation that requires a ton of coordination and effort, and the Hurricane Hunters are still some of the bravest people out there. The music in these old programs is always so dramatic! I was glad to see both men and women working at the National Hurricane Center even then.
