It's insane how this card is Maxx C attached with 3 nerfs and yet it still has the potential to warp duels. It really puts into perspective how batsh!t crazy and unhinged Maxx C truly is. I'm so freaking sick of that card in MD

As someone who play MD, the new Fuwalos are a really tame version of Maxx C. Can only be played if you control no cards and a limit to the amount you draw, plus restricted to ED summons. If you are under the Fuwalos, you just play bare min of a decent turn and if your opponent went first with setup, it does nothing since they can't activate it. Maxx C is way harder to play under and does end turns or just really unfair. Usually if under maxx c, you either go all out, skip turn, or give them at most 2 draws so they just break even. This will be the same case with Fuwalos but more managable.

One small detail, but I don't think shotgunning Fuwalos in this format is correct. Maybe if Talents was seeing more play, or if Kashtira Unicorn was meta, or something like that. But as it stands, I think you gain more by waiting until your opponent commits to a play before revealing you have it.

with yubel you can make phantom from hand before they fuwalos with some hands if they don't shotgun it. if youre opening lots of engine that can be an option

Giving your opponent 4 draws for the second yubel combo would lead to a loss 10/10 times. Espacially since you could get handtrapped. But there is no shot this wins game unless your opp bricks after 4 draws….

Most comprehensive video I have seen on mimighouls since the 2nd wave that isn't just an unvoiced combo-fest. I don't really play yugioh since I was young but I like to watch channels. What would this deck do to play without the Normal summon? It seems like all of your plays required it.

I like to play mimighoul more as a control play style since i dont own FS cards. Replacing the hands traps and FS cards with board breakers to then set up your board in main phase 2. Locking your opponent under the field spell and playing control with master/room/maker in grave as well as rabbit if you can extend far enough. And then just attack directly with a 3K master and giant mimighoul

For me the following cards are must in mimighoul: 3 shifter 3 trust 3 talents 3 kash unicorn (1 birth)

It's important to note for everyone who wants to play Mimighoul, if your opponent can play Dominus Impulse it locks your entire Mimighoul engine out for the rest of the duel. Because your opponent can't no longer use the effects of earth monsters and Mimighouls can't activate on their side of the field. You have to play cards that change monster attributes like Lair of Darkness or Prohibition to call out Dominus Impuls. Keep that in your mind before you got to locals or tournaments. Btw. Ninjas have some nice interactions with Mimighouls, they also have a lv. 1 ninja that you can use for the XYZ and with Duplication, you get them out pretty fast. Gravity Ninja also gives your more face - down bodies.

Fiendsmith is just damn good in this, love it <3 Kash is nice but feels quite mid compared to the SE/FS versions imo. In any case, love the new cards and your showcase of the combos we found!

I think, don’t play fork, it’s very bad

I may be way off here but I can't see fork as a viable card. It's conceptually good but gives you opponent the choice of which effect goes. If it wasn't once per turn then I get it but as it is I feel it's to slow. Wouldn't it be better to remove fork and 1 ogre and add 2 unicorn and 1 birth. In addition magnamhut can search Dragon, which is a tech I was messing with prior to the abyss cards. Not sure if it's still worth it but seems to be strong still.

Shifter x3 also ger rid of fiendsmith and invert the ratios of Mimighoul giant and Mimighoul Throne, Giant is much more useful
