Does anyone know if everyone in the family has to be 55 years old in this community?

One person needs to be over 55. For example, if it’s a married couple who owns it, only one person needs to be 55+. I’ve also heard of exceptions being made for individual cases. For example, if the owner dies and the heir is under 55 and wants to keep the house.

That house needs stucco repair and a paint job. That stucco damage is caused by sprinklers hitting it at one time.

Very poor layout and needs a lot of work. Never heard of or seen a washer and dryer in the kitchen. At worst they should be in a bathroom. Also cheap builder grade materials.

If you keep your condo OUT of the rental program, you can live there year round but I think the HOA dues are considerably higher.... around $600/month. I'm waiting to hear back from the HOA for a definite answer. You have to pay $250/month hotel fee too. Maid service is extra if you're living there. It's $25 each time I believe.

No games here. I often shoot these videos specific for a client that has asked me to so it's not entirely geared to the public. But I'm happy to answer questions from the public when I see them. The HOA here is $215/month. This pays for the water, trash, landscaping, gate and community pool.

This condo is governed by 2 associations and the total dues are $315/month. They were asking $316k and sold it for $312k on June 27, 2024. The home was on the market for only 3 days!
