MGM Signature Studio condo Investor Tour - Las Vegas -The Strip

I checked out this studio today on the 11th floor of building One. It's less than a 5 minute walk back to the MGM Grand pool and less than 10 minutes to the MGM Grand casino main entrance. The unit had been occupied the night before so I had to come see it before it was cleaned. Not exactly the best of experiences but I had a chance to see the condo before it's rented for the next week. July 8, 2024.
