I visit two similarly sized townhomes today in South Las Vegas. They're both in the same community but one was in phase 1 of building and the other was in phase 2. This community was completed in 2023. These homes are about 20 minutes to Harry Reid Airport and located just North of the M Casino on Las Vegas Blvd. The first one I visit is listed for $425k. The second one is $410k.
