For padagustasana, even with bending my knees to protect the hamstrings, I’m having issue with losing sensation below the knees. I assume I’m folding in a way that my body doesn’t like. Recognizing you can’t see my form, any recommendations for what to try?

@@Sjalexa I would only bend my knees to the point where I still feel the sensation. If you're losing the sensation, my guess is you are bending your knees too much. Straighten until you feel a gentle stretch, not pain.

Thank you so much for this routine! I woke up yesterday with that pain in the butt. I did this video, and when I woke up today the pain was very much reduced. From a constant 4-5 down to a 2. I will keep doing the exercises until I fully recover. Then I’ll be sure to keep this in my workout rotation as a preventative measure.

This was great. Really appreciate the reminders you give about form. For one of the floor exercises, you reminded us to keep our heel up ...instantly felt the difference in my glutes once I did that. Haven't seen any new lives in about a month, but love that I can go back through them. Thank you for great content.

TMI but idc, I just got told I have high prolactin levels and as a high intensity workout girlie, your videos inspire me so much. I never saw myself only doing “lower intensity”, but you make it look so powerful.

@@tibrown1653 Yes! I used to do a lot of HIIT! Looking back, I was inflamed and about 10 pounds heavier. Lower intensity with weights helps lower cortisol and help the body function better. You can still do HIIT, but maybe two days a week tops!
