Discipline of course, but COMMITMENT is underrated. Commitment is similar to the process of weight lifting. When you first start lifting, you start small and build your way up, right? With commitment, you can do the same and build your way up to having unshakable commitment-you just have to start at the first level. Commitment is what yields action. When you make the decision to be committed to your goal, that’s when the activation energy becomes much lower and more space and opportunity appears for you to consistently do the actions necessary to reach your goal. Motivation is a feeling, similar to what you said. Your level of motivation is subjected to change based on how you feel on a certain day-that's why we can't rely on it. It’s not leaning into how motivated you are, but how committed you can be. I learned this awhile ago and it has helped me a ton. I just wanted to pass it along. Thanks for the video Asia!

Oh my god I have to get on this Notion template and all, because I write down all my expenses and budget into three notebooks. Digital is very convenient but I do love hand writing everything.

I love handwriting everything too which is why converting to a digital planner was so hard for me 😭 But it's a lot more convenient and I'm sticking to it way better than when I used a physical planner

It honestly IS super intense HAHA it is so comprehensive but I also don't use every page or feature. I'm still customizing it to fit what I need. Building your own planner from scratch is a great project because you are tailoring it specifically for YOU. Can't wait to hear how your personalized planner turns out!!

I think the key to Notion is finding a system that works best for you specifically. I've tried a bunch of templates that didn't stick but this one is surprisingly working really well for me
