Omg Saavyy I am SO glad you’re back!!! I used to watch your videos all the time, they helped me SO much with equipment at the gym. I lost 60 POUNDS!!! Then I kind of dropped the gym and now I’m trying to get back into it (after gaining like 30 pounds back ngl 😂). And seeing ur videos I’m like awww yea let’s go maybe I can use the smith machine!! I LOVE the seated leg press.. it’s super effective for me! Why are u scared of the smith machine? I used to squeeze my glutes at the top of the squat but I’ve read that it’s unnecessary so I stopped doing it a while back👍🏽

@saavyy because 2 years ago when I was squatting with the Smith machine coming back up a big abdominal muscle strain pulled out, it was horrible because I was doing too much weight 😭
