Saw someone at my gym that had their treadmill set on 5 and 3.5 for 10 minutes. Came home and saw you doing the same. I’ll definitely be trying it on days I want a quick cardio workout.

Omg Saavyy I am SO glad you’re back!!! I used to watch your videos all the time, they helped me SO much with equipment at the gym. I lost 60 POUNDS!!! Then I kind of dropped the gym and now I’m trying to get back into it (after gaining like 30 pounds back ngl 😂). And seeing ur videos I’m like awww yea let’s go maybe I can use the smith machine!! Anyway, love you and glad you’re back!

I use the seated leg press instead, I'm afraid to use the Smith machine 😢 do you squeeze your glutes coming up ?

I LOVE the seated leg press.. it’s super effective for me! Why are u scared of the smith machine? I used to squeeze my glutes at the top of the squat but I’ve read that it’s unnecessary so I stopped doing it a while back👍🏽

@saavyy because 2 years ago when I was squatting with the Smith machine coming back up a big abdominal muscle strain pulled out, it was horrible because I was doing too much weight 😭

It sucks starting over on the weight but you will be back to your original weight and lift heavy! My location is about to get new equipment finally! I’m excited! Great video. I enjoy watching these. ❤
