you are supposed to increase the weight with each set which is why you do less reps. I think it is supposed to help with progressive overload :)

Yessss what Kat said!! Helps build strength and muscle👏🏽 ive always done this method and overtime I was able to lift heavier and see glute growth🔥 You can also use this pyramid training with other routines (usually back workouts for me)

@@TeeRql no it means 3 sets total 1 set - 12 reps Set #2 - 10 reps Last set - 8 reps 😊

Hiiii mama🫶🏽 It was really hard for me in the beginning. Still is. However, my family really helps me stay sane. We just have to be positive and know that everything we’re doing is for our little ones💕 praying for you and just remember that not all days will be bad. We will have good ones and bad ones. This does not define us as parents❤️

I feel like ill always have PF lol. Ive actually always had a 24 hour and PF fitness membership. I just happened to be at 24 hour that day to film my workout 😊
