We are sorry to hear of your husband's B Cell lymphoma but glad to note that he is currently in remission. It is difficult to say for certain what the cause of cancer-related fatigue is. This is because there are many factors that could affect whether you experience it. In follicular lymphoma, a doctor may offer you a grade as well as a stage. The grade relates to the number of large lymphocytes that can be seen under the microscope; grade 1 has the fewest. This is different to the stage, which indicates where the lymphoma is in the body.
