We’re sorry you’re experiencing itching, and swollen lymph nodes. These symptoms can be caused by lymphoma, however, they can also present for many other reasons, and more commonly for less serious reasons. We would suggest speaking with a doctor for medical advice, and to get them checked out. If you would like to read more about the symptoms of lymphoma, you can find our information here lymphoma-action.org.uk/symptoms-of-lymphoma We send our best wishes to you.

My husband has B cell Non Hodgkins Lymphoma and he got ticket for us too see Def Leppard in support of Vivian. My husband was sick as a dog but stuck it out because he said that if “the guy is up there making us happy the least I can do is be there to listen to him .” Thankfully my husband is also in remission.

We are sorry to hear of your husband's B Cell lymphoma but glad to note that he is currently in remission. You have mentioned that he is suffering badly from fatigue at the monent and the information we have on fatigue is here, lymphoma-action.org.uk/about-lymphoma-side-effects-treatment/cancer-related-fatigue. It is difficult to say for certain what the cause of cancer-related fatigue is. This is because there are many factors that could affect whether you experience it. Our suggestion is for your husband to speak to his team about the impact that this is having on his every day life. If you or he would like to talk this through you are welcome to contact our free and confidential helpline 0808-808-5555 which is open Monday-Friday from 10am-3pm. We send you both our best eishes.

Thank you for contacting us. The symptoms to which you refer are common symptoms of lymphoma . However, it’s important to note that they generally have other less serious causes. Having one or more doesn’t therefore necessarily mean that you have lymphoma. If you are concerned our suggestion would be to get it checked out with you GP. We send you our best wishes.

I went to my doctor in July as I had had a 3inch lump in my neck for 8 weeks, which is still there. I was diagnosed with B-Cell Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, this week, but they think it is low grade, but need to do another biopsy to make sure. The doctor said that itching skin and night sweats are not part of the symptoms, but I have read so much that says it is. I feel tired all the time and generally feel unwell. I can't sleep due to pain in my hips and anxiety due to diagnosis. At the moment they are going to watch and wait.

We're sorry to hear you mum has just been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma, and can appreciate this may be a difficult time for you both. In follicular lymphoma, a doctor may offer you a grade as well as a stage. The grade relates to the number of large lymphocytes that can be seen under the microscope; grade 1 has the fewest. This is different to the stage, which indicates where the lymphoma is in the body. You may find our information here, about follicular lymphoma helpful lymphoma-action.org.uk/types-lymphoma-non-hodgkin-lymphoma/follicular-lymphoma#diagnosis-and-staging If you are in the UK, and would like to chat to us, please do feel welcome to call our helpline lymphoma-action.org.uk/support-you/helpline-services We're sending our best wishes to you and your mum.

My husband has just been diagnosed with follicular lymphoma this week. Colorectal cancer in 2019 but so far he feels good, looks good, energy good, appetite good. I'm not seeing God showing up. I don't want to lose him. He is just 53. Waiting for referral to hemologist. Prayers for anyone fighting cancer of any kind. 😢

We're sorry to learn of your husband's recent diagnosis, and can appreciate this is likely to be a difficult time for you both. It's understandable to feel different emotions when you receive a diagnosis, very natural to be taking time to process what is happening, and to reflect. There is generally support available if this is helpful, and if in the UK, we provide support, as well as WMUK: www.wmuk.org.uk/ If outside of the UK, The Lymphoma Coalition may offer appropriate support: lymphomacoalition.org/ We send our best wishes to you both.

@@zilumorizip There are many types of non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and sometimes they don't need treatment straight away, and you continue to see your team regularly for check-ups (active monitoring). If you know the type of lymphoma, you may find more information here, although please bear in mind this is based on treatments offered in the UK; lymphoma-action.org.uk/types-lymphoma/non-hodgkin-lymphoma Your medical team are the best people to answer questions on your own situation, as lymphoma can be quite individual, and so we'd encourage you to continue to ask questions, particularly if you are feeling confused. We send our best wishes to you.
