The cam chain tensioner only moves about 3mm so it’s minimal turning to get max tension. Great vid mate but do more googling, you’ll do better. Batteries are readily available, the bike only came with one caliper so that’s a badly done conversion and the master cylinder you mention is of a 91-94 CBR600 it’s a common swap when upgrading to a twin disc set up. I’ve built loads of these if you need any help just shout. The carbs that you have are the PD variant, notoriously hard to set up with pods, the euro carb set up is far superior and responds much better to tune ups Great bike but it’s been through some hands to get it to that, there’s loads missing. Shout if you need help bro, if I could put piccies up I would but I have a 400 four, 500 and a 550 I’ve rebuilt here so plenty of help if you need it👍👍👍

Thak you for sharing. I've trying to figure out how to solve this for over a week until I stumble over this video... I have fixed the neutral with the one relay but do have to do the same with the turn signal? Else the turn led always stays on... Even if the flicker is not working how did you do it. I tried with a second relay which works but I don't know it is right to use a relay with a switched ground signal coming from the bikes flash relay which in it's turn makes the second relay go on and of every time the flicker goes on and off. Maybe it drains the battery?
