Having the same issue with foam density. Ordered some HI density foam and fitted it to the seat base but just wasn't sturdy enough and squashed to nearly nothing. Ive started over with layers of EVA foam then finish the top with HI density.

Go behind a carpet store or a fabric shop. You can get some discarded foam. I found a 4x4 foot 1 foot thick. It's perfect. Or for carpet (thin layers of foam) glue a bunch together and that should be a good density for a seat. Shape it with a angle grinder or an automated turkey slicer

Stingray111 yeah I’ve been to my regular upholstery places. Nobody has anything dense enough. The piece I found was only $20 so cheap enough just slow 😴. Will def use that stuff for the shaping when I get it thought 👍

That brake light looks a lot better than the bullet style one. Could maybe use some kinda cowl behind it to streamline the appearance. Sorry to hear about your bathroom. Cheers from Winnipeg!

I’m not to sure about the new look rear end, I reckon you’re taken to much off the fender and I prefer the round taillight. (Just my opinion, it’s your build). I have used that led rear light on my bike but built it into a rear cowl to tidy it up. Cheers Steve, keep up the good work. Wayne
