Lance as a weapon to main seems almost like a cheat code tbh. Boring moveset and incredibly simple. Spent 6 hours grinding in prep for my first nergi kill on Hunting horn... Then for shits n giggles i took the beginner lance to negi and almost killed him through sheer patience, determination and bloodlust. Seeing that i made a high lvl defender lance and wow. Just...wow. An easier method simply doesn't exist. By all accounts a SOLID weapon pick but to unironically play it and be convinced you're having fun? Nope. Not me.

Its boring. It is seriously boring to play.

Reason why I dont use Lance is because I dont know the moveset

Lance is best when I scroll, trying new weapons. I fell for the lance the Tank class. The Lance can tank damages that normally get knocked back by other weapons.

Cannon opener if youre a beginner but it makes it harder to topple fatalis once you do the cannon opener making the roaming ballistae topple harder to do. Reserve the topple for 2nd phase when everyone abilities are all set and fatalis is enraged.

Why do you shoot dragon pod when Fatalis does the fire breath 6:30 | 11:15 ? Isn't the fire breath a great opening for everyone to deal damage? A bit of a waste of a great opening for dps, i feel~ I guess unless teammate is too far back and could not get away from the fire in time.
