This video makes no sense if you have to remove the plastic manifold to get to the bold that is under it how does filing the block remove the bolt that you can't get to ??????
@DoesItTrack12 күн бұрын
@joshuaczupowski7583 if yours has the bolt that comes in from underneath, you have a different intake configuration unfortunately.

Thank you so much for the tip. Shop wanted almost $2000.00 to fix. I did it for less than $ 50.00 in under 2-1/2 hours on a 2006 F150 5.4 3V
@DoesItTrackАй бұрын
So happy to see this! $2000 is just crazy for something that takes a few hours at most, and the gaskets are so inexpensive. I'm glad this video helped you out! Truck work is kind of a side topic to our channel, but I'd love it if you subscribed. We try to be entertaining! 😁

I noticed that - seems like the safest option, though; another rider came by pretty quick and it'd suck to turn one casualty into two or more.
@Lily_iscool83882 ай бұрын
Even tho the person fell off and got hurt it’s better to move the bike bc like you said there was another rider so imagine the biker zooming then crashing in the bike. That wouldn’t be pretty. So it’s obvious they’d move the bike

Yes sir, I just saw your video and wow, GOD ALMIGHTY is truly good!!! I see you managed to use a chisel to trim that corner to free the crossover pipe... Thanks a million for posting the video! I have the exact same issue right now today with my 2010 Ford Expedition EL King Ranch 5.4 engine. The chisel is my 'heaven sent' answer and inexpensive as well. I have no cutting equipment but I'll make this investment. Surely I say the Lord Christ Jesus is always 'right on time's!!!!! Hallelujah..... Did you use anykind of sealant with the gaskets? Thanks...
@espinoza49ers3 ай бұрын
After having solved my problem with the same right side of my Ford expedition (I loosened the first two bolts on the front of the engine on each side of the manifold and that worked for me) I came to watch videos to find easier solutions if I needed to change the gaskets again in the future and I find the best solution, You are a mastermind, you are right it is only a few millimeters which prevents you from taking out the easiest piece as you did, Congratulations for the great work your video will be useful for whoever is with this headache, I should have seen your video before suffering to find the solution, I thought of completely removing the manifold 😅

@DoesItTrack3 ай бұрын
It's actually pretty close. Two sensors you can see in the video and you can zoom in on the full size video. The center one is the Insta360 GPS and the one to the right is the wheel sensor itself. We do get random drops sometimes from the GPS, but most of the time they are really close to actual. The Altitude is spot on compared to the phone. Thanks for commenting!

Cool video. I always wanted to have something like this for riding with friends, and be able to get it on video. I am not sure why you had to title this video with "Device Banned By UCI for Downhill Racing" and never talk about why that is? Or give the name of the product so that others can enjoy using them on their rides. The use case for using them as you did is perfect. I am just disappointed with lack of information.
@DoesItTrack4 ай бұрын
Sorry man! I'm honestly not sure why they are banned, I assume so you can't call out obstacles? I'm not sure. We ride with a couple of pro guys that laughed when we turned them on saying those are banned, so I went to the rules and sure enough, they are. haha! There are so many of these available with various features. There's probably more than 20 just on Amazon. Some of them are crazy expensive but these I believe are the middle ground of what's out there short of a direct import. Here's a link to them on Amazon. a.co/d/3HOP92i I added the link to the description section as well so others can find them.

No affiliate link to the product on Amazon? :)
@DoesItTrack4 ай бұрын
No, sorry. Can't say i've done the whole affiliate thing. With these intercoms, there's a bunch to choose from. The ones I have are really inexpensive. There are some that are extremely expensive. I just wanted the communication honestly, but these also can do music and tie into your cell phone. Really cool stuff.
