Is there a way to add another mixano character and configure the weapons for the character? I tried to configure it with another character and the animation for picking up weapons was wrong - Make a video showing how to configure it with any different character with the Animation sample animations

matter of facts mah man didnt have to the BW and BL animations all over again cause the are the same as the FL and FR but with the rate sacel on `-1` xDDDD

For the people having problems with the BR or BL animations you should try to change the rate scale to -1 instead of 1 for each of those animations cause my guy is using 1 animation to make all of them xD

This is the only Turn In Place tutorial I found that I could easily follow and worked ok. Couldn't get the values to feel great and suspect this is not the best approach for me, but this is the simplest and would work fine for some use cases. Thanks for the video.

I cannot figure it out, It has to do something with the Filling. If i press Tab (inventory opening) Then it shows 2 boxes left, ontop of each other. and one is Full black and the one ontop is the same as the hotbar. Anyone has a suggestion. i have looked back and fort. But everything is exacly the same. I have experimened a little bit with the Colums and rows. There should be the problem. i think. (UE5.4) Would love to see suggestions.

great tutorial!!!! would be great to make one just like this but for game animation sample, every time i use a meta human the clothing and gear only equips to the orange mesh which you make a parent of the meta human even though the orange mesh is hidden in game.

I made a simple function to rotate my character in the main menu when I hold LMB. The character rotates be instantly goes back to initial rotation (the one it was spawned with), does anyone know how to fix it?

When pick item it’s a bug it’s sublimate item on hotbar! And make stack like weapon stack just 1 please!

Problem: Turn in place works for crouch while aiming. But not while crouching without aiming..

Hey, maybe I did something wrong in the blueprint, but the server can see what item the clients have equiped, but the clients can't see other clients's and the server's equiped item, I've been trying to figure out how to fix it, but no luck, could you please help^^?

This system can be implemented on any character from any project, by isolating the inventory logic within a component you can now add the same "AC_Inventory" component to any character and call its functions the same way. I'm probably not gonna be able to redo this entire series with the game animation sample, but you can always create the inventory component in that project and it should work just fine.

That should be simple to do, inside your "WB_Slot" you can use the same function used in minute 8:48 of this video to get the active item directly in your widget and then just apply a color if the active item equals your slot item. Tried doing this myself with my prior knowledge as I prefer having a native Metahuman Anim BP instead of live retargeting (in my main project I'm doing everything myself so that's the way I have it, but am not using ALS) and messed up the hands terribly LOL. Wanted to get a side thing set up with ALS and your vid is the only one I could find that doesn't use live retargeting. Thank you! Live retargeting doesn't get everything right/has a slight offset/delay and does not like the ragdoll (flickers/glitches out) it should only be used for a quick temp setup

Epic primitive component that gigle killed me xD good laughin at our mistakes u must be a really cool dude 👍 and if u dont want to setup a new trace channel u can just go to Character/select the mesh component/details Collision/ Collision presets should be character Mesh as default, change to Custom and then u will be able to change the settings bellow just set visibility to block instead of ignore, voila no need to create a new trace. but if u really need it please set it up :)
