Seriously, was this really bullying? MJ was just joking around.

I would've run up to MJ and would have gotten smacked up calling me that, and the team could trade me. If anything, he'd put some "respek" on my name when all was said and done. 😂

When you are constantly teased, both your coach and the your other teammates believe the cruel insults are true. This sentiment clearly does not increase your viability of getting playing time, getting passes from your teammates and most especially with your job security. So even if you can stomach the insults, your career will truly suffer. For example, Steve Kerr had major reservation from signing Javale McGee to the Warriors based on all the negative comments that ShaQ O'Neal had said about him over the years.

Males who are true female dogs to the bottom of their souls become adults that still bully only those they know can't or won't fight back.

Are people just over sensitive? Like this isn’t bullying at all. It’s just a big homie giving hos teammates shit and teasing them.

Being an asshole isn’t a mentality and isn’t anything to aspire to. He left his folks squat and his sister works a 9-5. Another dickhead is Jordan who has no friends that don’t work for him. He cutoff Barkley for doing his job, stopped him from giving a homeless man $20. Meanwhile guys like Shaq are buying kids laptops in Spain and suits and shoes for prom in Atlanta. Which is why he is so beloved and has such a high Q rating (a likability metric used by advertisers).

This isn't bullying in a sense like he's trying to emotional manipulate him, it's to make him tougher, give MJ somebody who won't back down from him in practice to then make the games easier for the team. It's really a team building exercise.
