Nobody legitimately gets 16 techs a year, not by their actions alone. It’s no strict to me to say that the refs might hate Luka. But it seems like, to me, the system hates hates him. Because he’s not their kind or stamped with their approval. Most players legitimately respect him from what I’ve seen. I think he’s been dealt the VERY short end of the stick. (This is my personal opinion, you don’t have to agree)
