get high 🏇 power engine's o my kid's are not callings as should've 😮 😊 No clutch, no break, no hesitation and feel delivery. We'll cause loss of horsepower at the line. Full throttle all the way down to the floor. Not partial quarters or any other measurements of the throttle whom accelerator pedal. Accelerator pedal has to be all the way to the floor without a clash of break. If you're intending to lead the line at a rev limit, then you're at that limit shifting through gears. Me, I'm not doing that. I'm on the accelerator pill and I'm going to leave the line as I intended and It is not wrong to shift through the years without the clutch pedal. This can take a little bit more modification to transmissions and standard transmissions to be able to shift through the gears. And a little technique and double clutching. When not shifting straight through the gears without the clutch pedal.

Tess can you give me any tips on finding a Maverick to purchase ?? I’ve been yearning for another one that it’s literally making me depressed. I used to have a 1972 Maverick Sprint and one of my friends pestered me just long enough for me to cave in and sell it. Please gimme some leads or something. Mississippi is a ghost town for Mavericks.

Tony, it would really make my day if you were to campaign a stick shift Oldsmobile! Thats what i want to to with my '70 442. Mine is twilight blue like your dads car. Mine is my first car and had it since 1983. Steve Grebeck build the chromolly roll bar. He passed away before i could have him do the halo and A pillar bars. RIP Steve. He got so mad at me when trying to finish up because the floor sheetmetal was a little thin in the cowl area..."he said to me "you told me this car was clean!" (LoL it is, but its not spotless. Anyway he still did a freaking excellent job). My friend Mike Moran is just around the corner from Team Z motorsports where you did the vid on the K member in this white car. Mike has the driver door from the car Steve was driving when he lost his life at Orlando Speed world Track. That was back in the late 1990s, i don't actually remember. Here i am babbling again...hope y'all read this comment. If you honestly want to do some Oldsmobile manual trans stuff, please let me know...maybe we can figure something out and have fun doing it.

Working as a forklift and equipment mechanic usually means one learns to use the shop crimper and make your own hoses. By no means am i a professional at making hoses but tried to learn each machine ive used in the proper manner. What i have learned is that making hoses is actually a very satisfying process. Ive heard about Red Horse but this is first time ive seen an up close look at their business. For sure i will be giving them a call. Im not a mustang guy at all but do have a special place in my heart for a drop top fox body. I remember cruising around in one back in 1984 on a warm summer night in Nashville Tennessee and that memory stuck with me. If y'all have never experienced a convertible of any kind, you owe it to yourself to find out what it's like. Aint nothing like a warm summer night with the top down to make you remember to live life best you can.

Got any advice for small upgrades? I just scored a 75 Maverick. Looking to start customizing it bit by bit. I’m having a hard time finding a good carb
@MissMidnightMaverick3 күн бұрын
First thing I would change would be the bumpers! And the carb would depend on the motor, but you should be able to call up a good carb company and give them your combo and they can steer you in the right direction. I personally like FST Carburetors myself.

I have the Tri-Ax on a TKO500 and it’s good, but honestly not even close to as good as this Hanlon shifter. Maybe I’ll do comparison between the two because it’s crazy how much shorter of a throw the Hanlon shifter is.

@MissMidnightMaverick3 күн бұрын
This is a very long video filmed on multiple different devices. You’re going to have to be more specific, cause I know the audio isn’t trash in the whole video.
@DaveJordan3103 күн бұрын
@@MissMidnightMaverick true, but there is more footage with poor sound than good, multiple devices seem to be letting you down, e.g chatting in the truck or at the track. Lapel mikes please. Sorry I don't have time to listen to it all again. May I recommend that you make time to listen to it again yourselves...on a phone or tablet...and pinpoint the problem devices yourselves. I think it is mainly when you are filming on phones, where the person filming, who is close to the phone/camera, is clear, but persons further from the recording device are much less audible. I do follow ALL your work (which is a bit spotty or sporadic and unpredictable) so I'll try to remember to make notes for next time, so that I can be more specific. We do enjoy both your contributions and personalities so do keep up the good work 👍🎉
