Nice information and work. Why do you need headers installed in your truck? Would the headers heat up plugs and wires with muffler attached?

Thanks for this video. I just got the same boat and mine has a 23p prop. With 4 of us on it, it takes a long time to get on plane. Almost feels like it will never get there. It flys once it gets out of the water. Seems like a 19p might be better for crusing with the family on board. That 17p you showed seems like it’s too low unless you are pulling stuff with a boat full of people and gear. Thanks for showing this!!

I run the 3 blade I used in the video all the time I find it’s the best all around 21pitch 3 blade I would maybe have a 19pitch for tubing and fully loaded but the 21 pitch is my go to and I just keep it on there I run a 19 pitch my top speed sucked and just not enough prop and I hade 6 on the boat

I used a screwdriver flathead to move the locking lever just pryed it back with the screwdriver I also used two cans of wd40

I just changed the plugs on my baja outlaw 20 with thev5.0 mpi. Easy job took about 45 minutes. You will need a swivel socket to make it easier.

You and use the 10w40 in a four stroke yes if you go to Amsoil.com?zo=30213198 put in your bike it will give you the oil specs

@@Romeo21Rxw yes it is . The 4 strock oil works in the clutch it’s okay because of the additives they put in the dirt series oil . Dirt bikes 4 strock oil lubricants the clutch as well works just fine in the yz 80 clutch I use it so I don’t have two type of oil kicking around. Amsoil.com?zo=30213198

Did it change the shift patterns? I've heard mixed reviews on putting this in the 10R80. I'm on the fence. If you google it there is only about 10 people in the US that have tried Amsoil in the 10R80, or atleast have posted about it.

I didn’t notice if it did change . But I switch through gears manually every so often which I heard could also change the shift points of the transmission. So as a millwright by trade I am going to say in less you have it programmer nothing is going to change the sift patterns . I did see better fuel economy not by much around 2% regardless if your looking for that or not you will get it with Amsoil I have no problems

Thanks for the info that could be true if I hade a stainless 4 blade to test but I wanted to do the test with cheaper four blade for people looking to up grade from a 3 to four blade maybe they only have the money for a aluminum and have a stainless 3 blade . As you seen my boat did way better with the 3 blade could vary a little from boat to boat my guess is the flex difference from aluminum to the stainless. Hey man, great video! On what part of the jack pad did you put the bottle jack head on? I used a bottle jack as well, however I placed the head right in the center of the pad and it peirced through the middle of the pad, secumming to the weight of the car. Luckily, my wheels never left the ground so no major damage. The only part that broke was the center of the jack pad but it's a $16 replacement part which I bought this morning from the dealship.

Thank you man I just switched over my summers I should have done a more detailed video shoot there is four jack pads under any unibody cars they are metal should be around 8to12 inch’s back from the front tire and 8to12 inch forward from the back tire

I did the JBA stainless headers on my 04-08 5.4 3v with a Whipple. Great headers, never leaked or rusted out in New England for the 7 years I kept the truck after I was done. I do recommend stainless steel studs and bolts and factory ford gaskets with a coat of copper spray on them. Looking to try this on my current 17 F150 5.0 and this video really helps… Have you had any issues since the install? Any engine codes from the 02’s? Any melted wiring? I’m thinking same as you JBA shortys, may go with ceramic coated, and probably going to repipe the whole exhaust later. Do you have an engine tune or tuner?

Truck looks good. I'm gonna run 10" wide like I have on my older model. I did a 4" lift and squeezed 37's on it. Had to shave a little but I love the look
