Great video man! Being in Wisconsin the 05 duramax I bought was had a stuck lever, the pry bar did the trick after hours of tapping and kroil lol

I used a screwdriver flathead to move the locking lever just pryed it back with the screwdriver I also used two cans of wd40

I just installed this hitch today and read about people having problems with the ball sticking, so I used water-proof Marine grease. Hope this helps. Thanks for the video

I leave the ball with the trailer all the time and never have this problem. WD40 is water displacement formula 40. Don't know why everyone uses it for rust when there are better oils for rust penetration.

I just bought the truck . But that’s a good plane to take the ball out . Yes and the 40 stands for the 40th attempt for water deflection . When nasa was try different things then when all the people that worked there started using it on different thing in there home they decided to put on the shelves.
