That Fuel Stubby is awesome!! I have the 3/8” version.. now I’m not sure the price difference between the drill/impact kit you got or the Gen 3 Fuel ones, but the performance difference is worth the difference in price. I own the Gen2 Hammer Drill/impact and I added the M12 Surge impact recently. I absolutely love the Surge and is my go to impact. It handles pretty much everything so far and it’s way quieter to boot.

Yes but the surge has no power be realistic if you're gonna give advice bud the difference between surge and fuel are two totally different animals.....

@@dsprojects8580 do you see nickwhites comment that the surge handles everything he's thrown at it? That's why I had said that because I see a ton of videos of people trying to take lugs off with m12 surge and M18 surge and it will fail every time on the other hand the M18 fuel and m12 fuel are capable of busting lugs that are properly torqued. The M18 fuel has busted over 500 ft lbs and the m12 around 250.. again sorry for the misunderstanding I ment no disrespect to anyone. I simply didn't want more people buying the surge with expecting the torque of it's bigger brother's

You should have got the 3/8 why get such a small impact a 1/2" and that drill and impact driver bud for 40.00 bucks more you would have gotten 2ah and 4ah batteries you got 1.5 and 3.0 poor cells if you get a 3.0 get the CP 3.0 better cells. I'd return everything get the fuel set of drill and impact driver. And the 3/8 stubby no point of a half inch stubby the 3/8 is more powerful... It's a nice lil gun and the other one will bust those lugs all day bud. Only buy fuel brother your wasting your money on these brushed tools that cost only a few dollars less than the fuel and not even a quarter as powerful the fuel impact driver will bust those lugs I guarantee you...

Yes I have few I got that for free I wanted the 3/8 I have mid torque and high torque impact. Just wanted to see if it would take them off I do like the size of the gun perfect in a 3/8 100% thanks for the view and info
