If I'm wrong, tell me but I have a beach hunter by whites. I don't want to use it anymore because nobody can fix it if something happens.

Hello!!Great video,again!!Sorry i'm asking here,but your opinion weighs a lot.My Excal is geting realy old and soon i'll be needing a new detector.I love the Excal,but everyone seems to be moving on to new and better ones.If you had the resources just to buy one,which one would it be?Thank you!!

The Excal has been my go to dive machine for many years because it is simple and reliable. After having this one successful dive with the D2 in an area that I've hit hard with the Excal, I am definitely going back in the water next week trying the D2 again. Too soon to make the Excal permanently my number 2 machine, I am excited about working the same area again with the D2

Thank you!!!Only thing i'm afraid of is diving with a display machine in rough waters and rock bottom.The Excal is really tough.

Awsome video I'm hyped. I know a spot someone lost a gold chain about 6ft under water. Is it possible, or do you manually ground balance u while under water?

Quick question what are you using for power on the electrolysis? How many volts and Amps/mA does it use. Or what ever the unit of power it uses? I got confused and stumped myself for a second there 🫤. It's volts and amps I believe right. Anyway I noticed it seemed hot as it bubbled instantly when you dropped the gold ring in
@DetectorComparisons
@DetectorComparisons 6 күн бұрын
@@steveallen984 if bubbles instantly because there was a lot of baking soda in the water so the conductivity was high. Any 12-volt Transformer works fine just be sure to put the good Target on the negative and the scrap metal on the positive

I was a tester of this product. I enjoyed it very much. Really comes in handy. I hate trying to balance the detector on my hip. Looking forward to attaching it to a belt for beach hunting even the waist belt for waders when water hunting. Great product Carter.

Awesome idea on the hip holder. All of us think of something like this, but it never gets past an idea. I need one, especially for beach hunting where you stand to dig and need both hands

As a early tester of the Hip Hanger, I can tell you that it works nicely, as he said in the video avoiding bending down is big and that will help when I am in England detecting helping save my back during an 8hr day of hunting. There are some advantages not mentioned in the Video, no more detector rolling away on a hill or any issues getting up from the ground in rough terrane or having an extra hand available to answer the Cell phone or take a picture. It’s never in the way or restricting. Get one !

You had lots of cool finds, like the victorian era ring!! It looks like such a fun day under the water! I had never heard of a brass swim buckle before, and I also didnt know that Silver Dimes would do that in the salt water. (I dont get to search salt water areas very often 😆) I just love watching diving videos, and I love the fanning method and how it reveals the treasure. Great Job with the video and Thank You for bringing us along!

Can't keep getting on my knees for every signal especially if they are shallow. The problem was keeping the detector balanced while standing and digging with two hands. Don't have to worry anymore about the detector slipping off and hitting the dirt. Been using mine for a couple of months now.

What fun. What depth are you considering as deep in those conditions? Any possibility there are even deeper targets just out of detectability?
@DetectorComparisons

Picking up the swim buckles over a foot and the coins are sounding good at about 10 inches. Always hard to tell when digging in sand and rocks because the hole is constantly caving in

Are the numbers consistent on a deep target and a shallow targets
@cpennington4368

Absolutely. I find that the numbers are extremely accurate on both deep and shallow targets. On deep targets the numbers will read almost identical when the Target is out of the hole.

I use the same setup just with the bone conduction headphones , try the 11x13” coil I alternate between that and the 9” coil. Also the beach sensitive using pitch tones loves small gold earrings and thin women’s rings . Love your videos .

Digging into that sand clay mixture is what clouds everything up, the Fanning actually helps clear it up. Not a huge fan of the pin pointers underwater, all personal preference because I know people that love them

Awesome finds! Thanks for taking us along. Not to question your technique but just curious as to why you do not use a pinpointer? I think it would vastly cut down your recovery time, especially once the item is out of the hole.

I've been watching your videos for years. For the life of me I can't understand how you're not all over social media in the detecing community. Between the live finds I've watched you dig on land & diving, to the knowledge, use and settings of a large number of detectors it just baffles me how your videos aren't everywhere? Sheeze SMH BTW I was sold on the uniprobe watching you use it digging some of the deep targets that I've watched you pull up and even though you were using it I could sense how smooth it seemed to feel and how accurate it was pinpointing deep. Thanks for all of the videos you have made hopefully you have time to record a few more in the near future. 👍😎

This is the most exciting item I’ve seen introduced to the detecting community in years-I love the control it gives me to turn it on and off, the depth is superior, and the fact that no one else can hear it except me is a great advantage for low profile hunters like myself. ❤ I love my UniProbe ❤!!!
