Yes she is a very good judge. The problem isn't mostly with the judges, it is with the system the states have set up that is anti-father. Lawyers for the mothers use this system to teach women to make false accusations of abuse against the man. Then the mother is told to get an order of protection against the man and get into an emergency shelter. The man is faced with defending himself or pleading guilty and incurring the cost associated with it. This takes months and sometimes the father doesn't get to see his kids for that time. The reason the system is like this is because the man generally makes more than the woman, so the amount of child support paid will be from the man, if the woman can get control of the kids. The state collects MORE money from the federal government if the father is the one paying. THAT IS THE REASON THE STATES ARE ANTI-FATHER! It means more money in their pockets. PERIOD!
