17:43!! Very strong time for anyone for the WS-100, much less someone who had only run 100K. They grow ‘em tough in the old country.

I'm sorry, but is it just me, but I can't watch a film and feel sorry for an elite athlete who finishes in the top 70 and just over 25hrs. Full respect for him for finishing and digging deep etc and he is a cool dude, but feeling sorry for him for a 'hard day'. There are people out there way longer than that. I respectable time is around 36hrs for a good athlete and he crosses the line in 26hrs. I mean no disrespect, the video comes across that way to me.

Since last November I got a job and I put on nearly 10 kgs of weight in span of 5 month and I was going out of breath by just walking around so last month I left my job as I was having my exams and decided to run now its been 28 days I have lost 4 kgs and can straight run upto 3 kms and I also aim everyday to complete 7 kms in morning with intervals like walking between runs. My resting heart rate has also dropped from 75 to 60 bpm

I am a 38 year old trail runner and Yoga helps me stay feeling great on the trails! I am watching this video as I do some slow flow and stretching before my trail run later on… it always benefits…🙌

Love this guy. From listening to Rivs on the Rich Roll podcast, Rivs has become an inspiration for me. Sadly my mental health has absolutely done me in these last few months and I stopped running but Rivs will be the inspiration I need when it’s time to go again. Thanks, Tommy.
