From one fitness guy to another, and I say this cause I love when people point out stuff to me too…your lower back/upper glutes/posterior chain needs work, def weakest part of your body. I think you’ll find your speed and endurance will increase if you get that lower back upper glute section better.

You never touched on risk of injury lol - I've done both for a few years (CrossFit 2009-2011, F45 current) and the risk of injury in CrossFit has to be at least 10x that of F45. Doing highly complex Olympic lifts as a race against other people is just not a good idea. As people age and get older - I would recommend F45 to like 99% of my friends instead of Crossfit.
