Ill support innerside. Not bec i belong from northeast but just bec the arugument ends in hygine. After knowing that birds and insects poops in outer side , i will never eat in the upper side even u wash that with soap and detol.bec while im eating ill be remembering that only so big No.Sorry i really cant. And the issue of rasam just solves ,Make a hole in ur rice and pour ur rasam in center of the rice .
