Long rant: I really hate how people ESPECIALLY abusers use God to run away from their actions! Yes God forgives but he also sees everyone's heart for no man is hidden before him AND ALSO the injustice being done to HIS children. I'm so sorry that not only a "Christian" who is supposed to be a representative of Christ but also your dad has done many horrible actions and seems to have no repentance for . I hope that he when in his flesh didn't corrupt or ruin your perception and relationship on who God is. Here are some scriptures my grandma showed me and what helped me too. Mathew 18:15 Romans 12:19 (honestly all of Romans is amazing) Mathew 18:21-22

I tell u this from my heart, you are the most underrated 4c hair channel ever😊😍😘

People with dandruff/scalp flakes can benefit from co-washing. Do it in between shampooing and conditioning for as many times as you need to for a healthy scalp and retain moisture for dryness. *4b* curl types too because I'm 4b.

I've never done prepoo in my life. I should definitely start because I feel like my hair is so dry. Thank you for this. Quick question, I have seen someone comment that they use conditioner for their prepoo. Is it the rinse out conditioner or leave in? is it added to dry hair as well? Do I have to add oil or aloe vera gel to it or just a normal conditioner will work?

I feel everyone is still saying the same thing, cut the relaxed ends. It is not the first time I relaxed my hair and ever other time I did it. It transitioned within like 6-9 months. But it was probably due to my change of location, it is taking a slower time.😅 I still feel like you don't need to cut the ends and it will revert back.😭

I had to stay with my abusive father until my husband came along when I was 27 and said how can you heal when you still live in your trauma. I was spiraling and hadn’t even realized how bad I was until I got out. You are so amazing for having that self awareness to get out!
