I've been using moneyback+ for last 10years. I have a credit limit of 9.6L. I have a cibil score of 800. I have regalia gold upgrade available for more than 2 years. I haven't taken it because of the flight focused rewards. I wrote to customer care for Infinia upgrade. However, they declined it and were very arrogant. They didn't even guide me on how to get it nor did they offer me the next best card option.
