Earlier I was thinking Atlas but it got devalued and another option was Platinum Travel but it has low acceptance for offline spends. Which card should I go for ?

From what I've seen a lot of places online highlight turkish miles and smiles, united and aeroplan. But from what I've seen Vistara is pretty good for Europe + asia. Nothing beats that. What to do for US and canada considering Vistara doesn't fly there

Hi Niraj, thanks for this informative video. For me the major reason to discontinue this card is because of redemption cap. I travel business and 30k transferring to 60k would not give me a ticket on a good route. I was looking for an alternative where I do not need to do mental gymnastics of thinking much. I have Amex cards Gold and Plat Travel and Reserve which usually are my main cards. I was eyeing for Regalia Gold as I am not eligible for DCB, Infinia and Amex Platinum. Is it a good card or is there any better suggestion?

yeah for me Accor is the need for Europe :) Get Regalia - its a ladder to move to DCB Reward rate is still good in Axis - upto 7 lakhs for sure - may be you can keep it?

Now I am planning to change my strategy and spend everything on Amex and have Visa card as a backup. For this Regalia Gold seems better than Atlas and it would help me get to Infinia someday.

Hi Niraj there is a cap of 30 k on transfer of edge miles on category A. How easy or difficult it is to remove a transfer partner and add a new one if you want to transfer more miles to category B. Is there a waiting period of 60 days to add a new transfer partner Also if you transfer to airline program do they have 4 award redemption seats in a flight to accommodate a family Wouldn’t infinia be simpler with a 1% lesser reward rate but with the freedom to book anywhere across partners using their website.

Also if the value of the airline mile is 50 paise to point the effect reward rates falls down from 4% to 2%. Only in Accor or ITC we may get a better reward rate because the value of each point is greater than or equal to Re 1
