Can you do an analysis of John luther from bbc's Luther
@LighthouseJaye14 сағат бұрын
This was good but it could've been iconic. Give it 20more minutes and deep dive on certain big moments where you directly illustrate certain traits? It would be a masterclass. I still think you should, break down a few moments and share that as a "Part II", loved this though!!

This is probably the best examination video about breaking bad I've seen yet. Your thoughts on Gus's unique personality really got me thinking, and a lot of details i missed in Better Call Saul are making more sense to me now. Great work, definitely going to watch more on your channel.

It was Teddy ace in sleeve since he was captured. He lied to cc for quick death if he would defeat his money. So he told Franklin, that he accept to give up the money, and in final step provoked his mother to kill him now or never. Teddy paid back to Franklin by putting his mother in jail and making him alone and broke as Teddy was. 😢 Thank you, man. It's awesome content.

Two questions: why did he not kill Walter? And what was his end game?
@Chimagic3 күн бұрын
2 points. Michael Lee follows the same path as Omar, he just found his angle in the game as a disruptor. He still has empathy just robs ppl in the game. Secondly Chris displays some socio traits when he helps the postal worker lady to open the door to old face Andre’s shop then kills her in the same scene intentionally

I think it would have been easy to over do the performance of sully. Kano made a monster that you could hate and pity every time he paid for power with his soul. Which is hilarious considering he doesn’t even enjoy acting too much. I appreciate this vid, was detailed and moving, thanks for the work and upload. Can’t wait to rip though your whole channel now 😅

I will always remember how in the scene where Gus kills Victor, Mike recoils when Gus slits Victor’s throat, even raising his gun. It shows how Gus can be unpredictable to those who know him.

So sad how Teddy went out, bro was my favourite character or second favourite, he was cold asf, entertaining asf and in the end i believe he was done with it all and would have ran away with his new fiancé he had just proposed too 🥲

I feel like his reason for killing Lydia was because she saw Skylar at the carwash, and then in the final episode Skylar mentions that people came to the house to threaten her and Hollie. He probably feared retaliation from Lydia in the form of hiring hitmen to kill his family in exchange for him killing the people she was doing business with. No one knows if Lydia would have done it, but Walt wasn't going to take the risk.

Ok, are you or have you ever been a member of the military?. At its basic core, once you set aside all other aspects like diplomatic relations, soft power emphasis, humanitarian support, etc,… the main purpose of any and all militaries are to “close with and destroy the enemy”, which means that at the very heart of the matter all military members are killers. That is what they are trained for. That is what they get paid for. That is thier purpose in life - to kill other people who are intent on doing damage or death on members of your country before they can deal that damage or death. I’ve spent nearly thirty years in the military and have had multiple commands and have been in combat multiple times and that is the ethos I have lived by every second of every day of my career - your purpose is to break the enemies’ will to do what they want to you and if you cannot break thier will to do it then you kill them before they do it. Does that make me, and every other person in uniform a psychopath? No! Not at all. We do what we do under specific legal and governmental criteria and we follow both the associated constraints and restraints, including international law. We do what our jobs are for the interests of our counties, and that is our sworn duty. As a career naval officer, James Bond is no different. He has dedicated himself to his duty and does what he does for his country and the people of his country. Is what he does different and unique from what most people would consider a “normal” life and a “normal” career - yes, but that doesn’t mean he is a psychopath. I am capable of crying my eyes out for the pain and suffering of innocent people, and at any given sad movie, but I am also capable of never, ever thinking of those who tried to kill me but who I killed first ever again. Does that make me a psychopath? No! It just means I am good at my job and I can “file” my job and my job experiences into a certain folder, separate form all other aspects my life. That is what every successful member of the military does every day, and as, first and foremost, a naval officer, what James Bind does (fictionally, but reflective of reality) does every day,

Great video. Love your breakdown. Gus is probably the greatest TV villain I've ever seen. Highly intelligent, self-controlled and utterly ruthless while being simultaneously despicable and fascinating.
