I feel like this is probably a specific factory making this bouillon because I’d bet most bring in vegetable purées if not extracts

Fried cabbage, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and summer squash in butter, stir in a mixture of Worcestershire and homemade mayonnaise. YUM. Perfect side dish to finger steaks, or roast beef.

Um I hate to say this but this video is false. All the powder I have had of any brand in the US has a ton of additives. Where are the additives applied. If it was truly chicken, water, vegetables, spices, and salt, then it would be good. All the ingredients I read on the packages have way more ingredients that are not natural or healthy. Please tell me the brand you described in this video or perhaps that is how they make it outside the US which would not surprise me.

Yea, Europe definitely has good chicken bouillon powders, also lots of them even in organic quality, where the quality controls are obviously strict. Even the big companies like Maggi offer organic versions of bouillon powder in Europe. Such a pitty, that food in US still largely seems to be so artificially produced 🫠

I don't know which brand is shown in the video, but even the big brands like Knorr and Maggi contain hardly any chicken (at most between 0 and 2 percent). The flavor is mainly provided by yeast extract, flavor enhancers and flavorings.

One of the reasons I don't use this or a lot of the pre-made chicken stocks (in Australia) is because you're absolutely right: the "chicken" in it is maybe 2% chicken fat (as shown on the ingredients list), and the rest is mostly salt, MSG, and yeast extract, which means it just tastes like yellow Vegemite.

Beware! Any olive oil bottles with a series of sources such as Tunisia, Spain, Morrocco, Greece, etcetera? ALL of it is altered and diluted with canola oil. Adulterating olive oil is the worlds largest scam going on now. Any olive oil bought in commercial grocery stores with multiple sources is probably 50% canola. Europe has the biggest police force fighting this but it is a losing battle. Unfortunately, we in the US do not have as stringent purity measures as Europe does, so a crapton of adulterated oil comes into our country. If you want real, pure, unadulterated olive you must be prepared to pay the high price for it.

The process of manufacturing chef's knives in a factory is a fascinating blend of craftsmanship, technology, and precision engineering. Each step, from selecting the raw materials to the final polishing, showcases the intricate balance between tradition and modernity. High-quality knives typically begin with durable steel, often treated to achieve the perfect hardness and flexibility. Advanced machinery is used for shaping and grinding the blade, ensuring consistency and accuracy across production. However, what truly stands out is the role of skilled artisans in honing the blade to perfection. Even in large-scale production, the human touch remains crucial for sharpening and quality control, guaranteeing that each knife meets professional standards. This process not only ensures functionality but also brings an aesthetic element, as many knives feature elegant designs and ergonomic handles. Personally, I find the creation of chef's knives to be a remarkable testament to human ingenuity. It’s inspiring to see how traditional techniques, like forging and hand-finishing, are seamlessly integrated with cutting-edge technology. It reminds us of the importance of quality tools in culinary arts and how they contribute to the precision and artistry of cooking.❤

Be careful with how much Factory Made Bouillon mix you use... Many brands are absolutely LOADED with Sodium...check the Nutrition Guide for how large a percentage of your Daily Sodium Requirements each serving of concentrate gives you, then grab your Blood Pressure Pills, cause 99 times out of 100, you WILL need them if you don't want to give your Doctor a Heart Attack with how high your BP has gotten due to all the Sodium in Off-the-Shelf Groceries...

I offer this in the spirit of wanting your channel to succeed: research pronunciation. It wasn’t just “Worcester/Worcestershire”, but also the company name, the two (different) wrong pronunciations of “tamarind”, and that was just in the first three minutes. Believe me, this is meant to be constructive feedback. The content is good! Keep at it!

Thanks so much for your constructive feedback, this is always much appreciated🙏🏻😊 and actually quite rare, because those kind of feedbacks are usually just negative comments below the video.
