It’s incredible how even something as simple as butter has such a fascinating backstory. From those VR headsets (happy cows, anyone? 😂) to the blend of old-school techniques and modern tech-it’s a whole journey packed into every pat of butter

The most important ingrediants of Nutella are sugar (yet the half) and industrial palm oil, both very cheap ingrediants. Chocolate or hazelnuts are not even single digit ingrediants (too expensive), just enough to be pictured and highlighted on the jar. Ahh, and yes, don't forget to add color and artificial aromes.
@processarea91Ай бұрын
It’s surprising how little of the advertised ingredients are actually in there, don’t you think it’s time for more transparency in food labeling? What’s your go-to alternative for a chocolate spread?

The black cows are Swiss cows from the Kanton Fribourg. They garantee the best milk quality. This milk is used not only for butter but for Gruyere cheese also and for the famous Cailler chocolate from Nestle at the village of Broc in the same Kanton. The historic town Gruyere nearby locates the Gyger museum who went famous for the mivie Aliens.

"Watching the butter-making process is like watching a super intense cooking show where milk enters a wild spa retreat! First, it gets a nice warm-up, then it goes on a high-speed 'churn and burn' ride, and finally, it emerges as smooth, golden butter. Who knew milk had to go through such an extreme makeover just to make our toast happy?" 🧈😂

Thanks, but I prefer natural peanut butter that doesn't substitute the peanut oil with hydrogenate oil. Yes, it separates, but you just stir it up and put the jar in the fridge, upside down for better mixing..

Watching butter production in action is so satisfying, don’t you think the churning process is like magic turning cream into gold? What’s your favorite dish with butter?
@tookitogoАй бұрын
This entire video literally skipped THE #1 most important, inescapable step of butter making: CHURNING THE CREAM. 🤦 It goes directly from “maturing” to “separating the butter grains”. The butter grains that never got created because the cream was never churned.
@MyDarkWorldX27 күн бұрын
Great video! I really enjoyed the detailed look at the butter-making process. However, I can't help but wonder if the high amount of butter being produced in factories is contributing to health issues in our society. Shouldn't we be focusing more on sustainability and healthier alternatives instead? Just a thought!

I can't tell if the people doing these new age processed food documentaries are actually impressed with the quality and process of the product or being incredibly sarcastic and are secretly trying to get the public to see what these big corporations are getting us to believe is food when it's half chemicals. (doing so secretly and pretending to be amazed so the factories will let them in with a video camera)

Why is it that this narrator STILL carries on about cutting down on fat? By now, most people are aware that the low fat craze is a big hoax! Fat is good for us and essential for good health. Butter alternatives are NOT good for us, as they are a concoction of chemicals. The low fat nonsense is particularly ironic when this is a video about dairy fat (butter)!
