I've been playing a ton (pretend that time can be measured in weight) of RoR2 recently, and after a play session lasting far into the later hours of the night, that some people refer to as "morning", going to bed with your videos on was a wonderful experience! I did check out some of your vids when they came out, but unfortunatly for me I was still ignorant to how awesome RoR was, and wasn't too interrested. Now however, this is a hecking goldmine of content, as your videos are actually really good and well made! Totaly understand that it isn't something you could keep doing forever, as that is ardous work especially when paired up with school, however I still wanted you to know that even 2 years later, I really appricate the effort you put into this! i would say the imp overlord drop could be from the humans just running into a imp overlord into the past, these are invading species afterall (infact it seems most creatures on the planet are from other planets, big horn bison, lemurians etc) one of the exceptions being the guardians (titans/golems) its perfectly logical that they had just found imps before

I don't think the Providence struck down the ship because of the weapons, i think he did it because it would give him more power(although his brother wasn't better he's still a leader with a pursuit of control and power)

Man, what has been going on? All of a sudden it's like everything even regarding Denizu just... Vaporized. He hasn't uploaded, tweeted, and the discord has been silent this whole time too. Unless I'm missing something, it really seems like this all just stopped dead it's tracks and Denizu hasn't been heard from since.

i think They should remake the intro so that the "safe travels" crashes and maybe make a new first stage where you can see its crashsight. Also, i wish that providence would make a comeback. Maybe as an optional boss the same way that aurelionite is. And maybe he could reward you with a new skin for the survivor you beat him as, or an artifact. Or maybe just some item. But since he died in the first game he should have his own realm so it at least makes some sense.

I mean on the subject of characters, I have come to the decision that Commando is the single most malicious being in the current lore of RoR.

Anniversary updates out, bud. All lore entries completed. :)

I'm just gonna I guess minor theory craft here for a moment. We get to the surface via drop pod, not from the ship itself. And we can see from the Captain that it's still circling the planet giving air support. However, that means it did not land. Why? Why is it staying such a healthy distance away and only sending in a lone unit? We see various crashed ship bits n bobs throughout the stages so that might mean any large vessel still gets attacked and crash in some way or another. This also means that we have no actual means of rescuing anyone even if we came across survivors. Perhaps we were advised that there was a functioning ship on the moon and the merc is more of a vanguard, making the way safe for the actual rescue. Or maybe they're almost expendable and here for their own reasons. I mean, that drop pod was loaded with fuel cells that violently explode if too damaged. There's a good chance you could die before even making planetfall. Other reasons we might go to the moon. Why wouldn't we? The place is covered in teleporters. Maybe people would go to the moon to see if it's a safer place to camp or easier to escape via moon lowered gravity. Maybe the company hired us to deal with a potentially godly threat so they would have less resistance exploiting the planet and recover their missing cargo under the pretense of rescue missions. Maybe the merc is more informed than we think. The company given them info on the planet and the items there, like the teleporters. Then they come across the Primordial platform. It's not like the others. What if beyond it lies what we're searching for, whatever that might be. A foe, people to save, riches beyond imagination, answers, Heaven. Or maybe we're just stumbling through completely disoriented and lost after so many teleports and end up on the moon where there are no more teleporters as far as we can tell, but we do see a ship that's not on fire and exploded. Just one small problem. It's in a barrier dome. No biggie, we know the drill. Go find what's making the barrier and kill/break it. Then we find hammer man and we realize we did not get paid in advance or nearly enough. This became a much bigger theory thing than I was expecting, whoops
