There’s joke beats to hit, with sharp ego positions. If you don’t articulate them sharp enough convincingly the jokes aren’t funny. It’s only done correctly by Kirsten or you could say she sets the highest standard as the character. All the rest of the characters cock it up haha. They try to mimic her rendition I guess instead of exercising their own strengths… very hard character .. perhaps they cannot balance it with research or maybe most of the women blagged the role or got to excited or the production at the time wasn’t as strict?

I think for the British casts it definitely lands better with Helen and Louise and not Dianne. Dianne emphasises the r in "lar", making it sound so American, so it's harder to understand the joke. Whereas the others say it like "lah", which definitely helps the joke stick.
