The .300 Blackout Rifle The rifle itself is EXTREMELY well built; the 3.5lb CMC trigger is a chef's kiss, the billet is solid and sturdy, the handguard with a Picatinny rail on top and MLOCK on three other sides is built to take a beating, the carrier group works perfectly and feeds well and it's easily one of the most pleasant and well-balanced AR pattern rifles I've ever used. The rifle itself is truly a quality piece of craftmanship. The ISR Suppressor However, the suppressor is an utter shitshow. I'm being kind when I say that "it's as basic bitch as basic bitch gets". Quite frankly, the whole thing gives me a serious pause as it looks like the kind of tooled-up fuel filter somebody drilled up in their garage that gives the ATF fits. In an era of flow-through design geared towards maximizing gas suppression, minimizing sound signatures, minimizing flash, and ensuring user safety through expelling gasses and other nasties out of the chamber and away from the shooter, there's no excuse possible for an ISR suppressor to be this primitive in 2025. When I compared my HuxWrx 7.62 Ti on my 16" SCAR-17 using Beck Ammunition 168 grain ‘Silent Operator’ Subsonic at 990 FPS vs the 16" ISR using 220 grain Federal American Eagle OTM at 1000 FPS on the range it was clear that the ISR suppressor was, at best, subpar. The best example of what an integrally suppressed rifle should sound like in 2025 is the Daniel Defence ISR GEN II. I bought the CAR ISR with the idea of *quiet operation* and being able shoot it at 0300 without ear protection while inside my own home. After all, what’s the point of a .300 Blackout ISR if it’s not actually quiet? Creative Arms makes terrific rifles yet I can't help but to discourage buying the ISR. I STRONGLY recommend that you buy one of their SBR or full length rifles until they can get their ISR suppressors in line with the rest of the firearms suppressor industry. I own 3 of the new series Colts in stainless in 22, 357 and 44 mag. I must say this, a bore scope on my guns reveals a very rough cut barrel in every one. The barrels in all of them look like the cutter was chattering when the barrel was cut, and exhibit hundreds of radial chatter marks and the 44 leads up like a mofo. All my older Colts, even the one made in 1927, have very smooth barrels with no teeth or chatter marks in them... They cut the rifling better and smoother back in the day...

Now THAT is an ant-drone platform. Great addition to any fireteam.
