Is Project a goal?
@alialqaraghuli13 сағат бұрын
yes! the achievement of the project is a goal -- making progress on it consistently requires a system

Oh god, thank you. I hate that there are a lot of talk about set systems not goals bla bla bla, but nobody, nobody can explain exactly how to set a system, not a goal 😂😂😂 they just repeat fancy thoughts of others

@@alialqaraghuli I just found myself nodding along and agreeing with the entirety of the video. I have an idea for a possible side project saas company, which is annoying because I’m nervous to do anything that distracts me from Curntly lol, but it’s a solution to a problem I’ve had and I would use my own product. That’s how I had the idea. So validating it with an ad, the idea from the lean startup, that is a great idea. Also, not unlike yourself, I developed a system of sorts to help my ADHD at Curntly, and I’ve been thinking about sticking it into a course and monetizing it. I probably will, I’ve always thought about making a course just didn’t feel like I had really valuable anything to contribute until recently!

Ppl will opt for things they like to do over things they don't like to do. It is that simple. Use your active imagination to visualize all the benefits of doing the thing you don't want to do. When you procrastinate, your mind equates the boring activity vs the fun activity in THE PRESENT MOMENT, however, the benefits of the boring activity will come in the future. So close your eyes and to that so you're brain can measure results vs imediate pleasure and not boring vs fun. Visualize, use your imagination, enamorate with that feeling accomplishment that you know you'll get. See yourself working and then see the results in your mind. That will make the fear go away, and it will put things in perspective for your brain. Not trying to be arrogant, but this advice is better than anything you'll find on youtube. You're welcome.

English-speaking people don't realise how much their language benefits them. Languages other than English may have historical or scientific value. But for the average person living in the modern world, other languages are far less useful than English. As you can see in this video Geniuses working at places like NASA This is a very valuable video that uses algorithms to break down and explain processes in detail. In our country, no one is benevolent enough to provide videos like this for free. English is great.

Recently found this channel already watched like 80%, please keep making this videos i do have also really high spectrum adhd + ocd pure-O and do systems like yours + I'm learning so much. You explain really well also and the system videos are the best going directly to the roots, awesome. Taking notes and adding them to my systems. Thank you so much for giving out value to people!❣ About diets i would suggest to research ketogenic or carnivore diets and fasting, it did really change my life, intermittent-fasting. I do 24h fast a week also and 48-72h fast a month the other days intermittent. Also, make sure you are taking b-supplements methylated forms, thiamine, magnesium, vitamin-d, check if you have methylation or MTHFR mutations (genetics) etc. This affects ALOT into adhd or+ ocd. Make your research if anybody is reading this, and you will learn why if you really study this topics. Your serotonin is produced in your gut-lining about 80-90% plus sending signals through vagus nerve. Step further is checking parasites and getting rid of them. Hints on where also adhd comes are problems like traumas, abuse, etc. From my own research asides from diet, system beliefs, brain molecules and dopaminergic, serotonin and noradrenaline systems + diet, where from back then in the past started to develop like the ADHD brain we do have, traumas specially how your parents did raise you with love or criticism/abandomnent/neglectful/shaming/absent or multiple reasons plays a CRUCIAL role in your adhd and your self-steem and metacognitive thinking patterns. ADHD comes also from patterns in thinking you developed probably in childhood or more in adulthood potentially starting or developing through this behaviours/experiences/traumas. Do a looooooot of SHADOW work and dig deep into the roots in your self and learn about this topics and you will start to find more light and more clarity in your life. Please take care of the 4 spheres and dig deep into them to really understand your adhd and problems associated; Body,Mind,Spiritually, Sociallly. You will find the answers to your being and "adhd" """problems""". Hope any one struggling with adhd procrastination, self-love/compassion etc finds its way to feel happy and productive. And this small ideas can actionize your self-development😉 Much love from Spain and thank you for your videos, keep doing more we love them!☺ Peace and love🤟...😉 @alialqaraghuli

I've been using a version of the V0 concept to get my writing started for a long time. Most people know that the first draft is always bad, but even before the first draft you sometimes have to put some even worse garbage on paper to get the ball rolling. Improving something is always easier than making something great in one go. 👍 Good luck with your work everyone.
