Ich bin immer erstaunt, wie viel Potenzial "Resident Evil" hat - dieser Kanal ist ein gutes Beispiel dafür. Das hier klingt gut. Mir gefällt, von dem, was ich bisher gehört habe, die alternative Musik über das große Thema "Silent Hill" nicht so gut, aber das hier ist gut. Ansonsten die Originalmusik von Akira Yamaoka - immer wieder gut. Die R.E.-Sachen finde ich aber besser. Viel einprägsamer, die Musik ist trauriger, dramatischer... Bei S.H. ist ja der Konsens, die "Wellenlänge", also Schwingungsebene: Einsicht, Akzeptanz, Ruhe. S.H. strahlt aus, Frieden mit dem Bösen geschlossen zu haben. Darin liegt natürlich auch eine Philosophie, wenn auch eine etwas andere - aber damit ist das Thema eigentlich irgendwie auch zu Ende erzählt. Ich finde, das große Thema R.E. hat, insbesondere auch musikalisch, einfach viel mehr Potenzial. Man denkt immer: Da ist noch so viel, was noch nicht gemacht wurde. R.E. hat noch viel zu bieten - und es endet wohl nie...

Der Abschnitt vor dem Labor, nach der Polizeistation, der Kanalisation und dem Terror und dem Chaos in der Stadt war ziemlich melancholisch und ruhig..

That image, and as always your very stunning and charm filled music makes me think how perception is such a fascinating thing. For example, in a different context, the horrifyingly eerie, bleak and isolated Arklay mansion could have a completely different feel to it if the music was different and there were no monsters present. Just imagine for example, stepping into the Courtyard and this piece of music plays. Or as you enter the main hall you hear your piece of music called Haven, or Off Season. Just magic, but hey, that's in another reality, or a completely different Sphere to what we know 🙂😉😊🥰

Dusk set yet again over Phoenix's skyline, casting a dark orange and pink hue within the offices of the Gazette. Former Executive Outcomes private military contractor Anthony Chalmers stood alone by the waiting room's window. The hum of the soda vending machine by his side being the soundtrack to the echoes in his mind. As the door opened and a secretary called out his name, he nodded solemnly and followed her to the interview room. With the door closing behind him he sat down and stared at the floor lost in thought, a common behaviour for many that had gone through the process. Looking at the custom Zippo lighter in hand, bearing the etched insignia of his former unit. After a deep, silent breath he began speaking in a monotone voice, charged with longing. "It was a common practice for Umbrella to hire mercenaries, mostly keeping them on security duty in their most critical facilities. Our company was hired for a different reason, one we weren't prepared for..." Anthony tilted his head to the setting sun before returning his gaze to the lighter. "On that night we received urgent orders straight from the board of directors. We didn't get any details on the situation, only knew Umbrella had reached out to Executive Outcomes. We were to board a helicopter and head for their corporate headquarters in downtown Raccoon." Anthony closed his eyes and tried to steady his breath and trembling hands, a knot forming within his stomach. "With our platoon assembled and all equipment on board we approached the Arklay Mountains, rising above them to see a horizon of fire and smoke enveloping the skyline. That was when we realised we had been played..." He clutched the lighter in his hand and kept his eyes closed, breathing deeply and slowly. "Not even a few seconds had passed after landing on the rooftop helipad when a small group of Umbrella corporate suits rushed past us and boarded the helicopter. All they told us was 'search for survivors and destroy the evidence'. The helicopter departed with them, the pilots reluctant and giving us somber looks..." His tremor intensified despite his efforts, beads of sweat forming on his forehead. "We pulled out the hastily made list of VIPs given to us back in the briefing. After committing their faces and names to memory, we made our way down from the helipad. The chaos intensifying as we kept descending down the skyscraper. Management personnel running about in madness, destroying documents and placing desperate phone calls. We had to raise our weapons more than once to keep them at bay..." Anthony wiped his forehead and lit a cigarette with trembling hands, taking a long drag with closed eyes as he tilted his head back. "We tried to find the VIPs amidst the unfolding chaos, only managing to find a dozen of them before the path to the lowers floors became obstructed by fire and malfunctioning elevators... Our task of 'destroying evidence' had to be abandoned swiftly, as we had no idea what the evidence was and the office personnel surrounded us and the VIPs. Demanding in desperate pleas and yelling we extracted them as well. Twelve armed men pitted against dozens upon dozens of increasingly violent civilians with nothing left to lose..." He was so lost in thought and trying to keep himself from losing his composure that he didn't notice the cigarette ashes falling down on his trousers. "We formed a circle around the VIPs and began making our way back upstairs, having to shoot bursts into the floor and ceiling to keep the others at bay... As we reached one of the top floors and established a perimeter I tried contacting our helicopter. The distorted radio chatter almost drowned by the cries and yelling echoing from the staircase. I couldn't bring myself to stare at their faces, simply kept my rifle trained on them as I stared at the radio..." Anthony didn't even realise his cigarette had burned all the way down to the filter, gritting it with his teeth as tears formed in the corner of his eyes. "When we finally received word of the helicopter starting its return trip, it happened... The cries and yelling in the floors below turned into screaming, the sound of glass breaking and furniture being pushed around increasing. A horrified crowd emerged from the stairwell and threw themselves at our feet despite our threats of opening fire on them. The VIPs cowered behind us as people on flames crawled up the stairs, moaning and grunting in a blood-curling voice..." His voice became ragged, his fingers digging into the leather of the the armchair, his foot tapping incessantly on the carpet. "We opened fire on those burning things as more of them began making their way up, drawn by the gunfire. The VIPs and civilians desperately scrambled to the rooftop as we tried to contain the horde. As our ammunition depleted we followed suit and stared in horror at the helipad. The civilians and VIPs fighting each other to board the helicopter, some falling over the edge to their deaths... That's when we had to open fire on them, the helicopter crew on the brink of madness as they pushed the desperate civilians away from the doors..." Anthony swallowed a pill and began hyperventilating and shaking violently. "W-When we finally managed to board and take off we couldn't help but stare in horror as the monstrosities reached the helipad and forced the survivors left behind to fight for their own lives and jump off the skyscraper... Jesus fucking Christ... God help me..." Anthony passed out from the psychological trauma and had to be rushed from the Gazzete in an ambulance. Another interview done, another story of forgotten humans, not heroes, brought to light.
