Perfect explanation, perfect animation. Awesome job. I have a nice collection of bikes including a 2004 Bullet 500.

If you're pushing the engine hard enough to experience valve float, you're pushing it too hard and revving it too highly. Remember, this is an engine that is still fundamentally a 1940's - '50's design, which in the case of the UCE 500 was updated with unitary construction, more modern electronic ignition for reliability, and fuel injection to meet modern emissions standards. It was modified over it's lifespan to make it more reliable and keep it legal enough to pass modern regulations, but that's about it. So, when you ride it, you basically need to adopt the mindset that you're riding a vintage bike and subsequently adopt the relevant riding style. If you want a bike that can rev harder than an Enfield 500, you're on the wrong kind of bike. Go buy a modern crotch rocket with overhead cam engines and the latest technology that were DESIGNED to rev to 10,000 + RPM. The Enfield 500 Single never was, and still isn't. There's a reason why it it has a speedometer but no tachometer to display engine RPM's....it's unnecessary & superfluous to riding that style of bike. On the other hand, buy an Enfield 500 and ride it sympathetically, short-shifting early using the bottom end torque of the long-stroke engine rather than the high RPM horsepower of modern engines, to ride within the bike's design limits, and it will run forever. You don't buy a vintage tractor because you expect it to qualify on pole at the next motorsport event, any more than you would build a tractor with an F1 engine.

Great informative video bro .. But sorry to say even after 4 years there are only a few thousands views.. This is absolutely do not justifying your efforts & hardwork for all this accurate animations & valuable content in the video. Appreciate you for no time pass at all in the video. I have seen lot of videos with few lakh views which are made by nontechnical people without proper knowledge & wrong information. They just use attractive Thumbnails too fool the viewers.. Thanks for your great video 👍👍❤

is the ecu same as motorcycle's ecu on fuel injected bikes? or is it used for braking system only? for context, I am looking forward to install an abs system to a non abs bike which has two disk brakes.
