As a die hard falcons since 91 i knee they would pick ulbrich and it did p*ss me off some i can't lie

I see this team having the same success as Matt Ryan. Matt Ryan had the worst defenses you could for a franchise QB. And he did so many things with this team that most players could never do with a bad defense. Penix went toe toe with the commies and panthers by his defense could not stop anything. Remind you of the past? That’s cuz Matt Ryan would throw 4 TD’s 350 yards and 0 picks and still lose cuz he doesn’t score on every drive.

Peeps if we're really serious about turning the corner with this franchise, it's probably time to part ways with Bogie at the deadline. I'm sure there will still be plenty of decent teams looking for a scoring punch of the bench again this year. Hell if we get serious inquiries about Deandre let him go, we know what his ceiling is and we should take that risk.

Jeff Ulbrich is a great guy. That will give us points in the humanity bowl. I don’t know the guy but you don’t have to be drinking buddies with everybody, there is always that one stickler that gets the job done.

DALMAN is going to take the MOST MONEY it's a business where your earning capacity is severely time limited!!! Continuity matters to the team NOT to the player you guys are clueless.
@mikej.88852 күн бұрын
A number teams need a Center. The Vikings need a Center really badly KOC said so... they have a ton of cap money this offseason. ATL will not get Dalman on a discount they will need to match a large large salary he will get fromn a Center needy team WITH WAY MORE CAP THAN ATL... you need to know that Dalman is better than ATL fans think he is even you ATL broadcasters have no clue how good he is at Center... HE WILL NOT COME BACK for cheap and ATL doesn't have much cap space.... If he leaves another TERRIBLE HOLE on this team along with ILB CB SS DT DT EDGE EDGE ILB CB WR3 TE

I can tell you how one fan feels. I've been a Falcons fan since '75 and I was all for Rah getting a 2nd chance to prove himself, just like Belichick got. Now I'm ready for Rah to get the hell out of Atlanta and take his homeboys with him, and maybe we don't waste what I consider a unique talent in Penix. And then MAYBE Blank will hire someone whose only motivation is doing what's best for the team and not hiring his homies.

Coaching is not going to fix this team and I’m afraid the problems are so systematic that it will be years down the road before it can be corrected. If the executive level-that is all above the roster itself-is not Smith family like behavior (let’s fire Jerry and hire June!) I don’t know what is. Cronyism and retreating to comfort zones. Kings of the press conference!

I find it funny, and maybe a little hypocritical that the same people who were so happy for Rah to get a second chance at coaching and were so happy to see him here are now unhappy or critical of the hiring of Ulbrich because he was here before and didn't have a great shake. The whole narrative around the excitement for bringing in Raheem was that he was so young in his first HC gig, and now, having been around and having learned from the likes of Sean McVay, he was going to be better. Why not the same grace for Ulbrich? He went to NY and worked under one of the most respected and recognized defensive coaches in the league in Robert Saleh. One article I read quoted Saleh as complimenting how much Ulbrich grew as a coordinator and in his understanding of how to prepare and call a defense during his time in NY. Perhaps what he brings BACK to Atlanta is the perspective on defense that he gained from Saleh, from the play-calling to personnel selection and development. I wasn't really excited about this hire. But I will say that had he gone to any team but Atlanta, it would have been considered a quality move and a good hire.

Um, i completely think unless Atl finds a trading partner, keep him. We already paid him and im glad for several reasons Mr AKA aint running the Falcons. Leverage? What leverage? Kirk is the one that took all this money and conveniently "forgot" how to be a qb. Kirk can go sit on the sidelines for the next 3 years as his entitlement rots. This is ALL ON YOU, KIRK!!!!! Get traded or go kick rocks, bro. I think Kirk is just being Kirk and i hear his Agent is a bully. Go get your Agent, Kirk, he can sit on the sidelines with you. Cut Kirk Cousins😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Who will be the field goal? They are a very big part of winning games. There’s a kid name Fitzgerald he kicks 59 yard field goals and he’s pretty accurate. If he’s there in the fourth round you had better make that pick everything else in the draft for Atlanta should be Defense from the four we have now. defenses coordinator if they have not been in the top 10 at any time doing the tender why the hell are we picking them? We need somebody that brings a change to the defensive culture we’ve been losing people a 5 to 20% increase. it’s not what we need we need a game changer on defense, head hunters, pass rushers, defensive backs that can press stop getting the scrubs look at the top 10 defense of coordinators in the league and look how they pay them. We need a change to win.

Drake London gets the benefit of doubt due to QB carousel but Kyle doesn't and he had a major injury. Make it add up. Maria stop say next year, we are in the new year. Smh
@ATL_Konner9 күн бұрын
Compare London to Pitts. London has dived and risked his career to save catches from being intercepted. London hasn’t given the ball away for it to get intercepted like Pitts has. London has been one of the best contested catches in the NFL the past 2 years. London actually gets open, Pitts always locked down. London has done more for this team than Kyle has and he’s been on it less.

You can never question Drake's effort. That's the difference.

@@ATL_Konner I see you don't watch tape or the games. You said that like Kyle caused several interception. It was one time in one game. If you would watch film you will see Kyle Pitts wide open on every single play.
