I saw this viral marketing campaign where a company was having problems with damaged bikes during shipping so they put a picture of a TV on the side and it significantly reduced damage claim rates during shipping. I think a TV on the side with just the logo icon in the center of the tv would look dope, serve great functionality, and would go viral because it would be a great UGC & short form content idea. Sorry for the ramblings lol

Hi Wyatt. When you book, you can either schedule a pickup, and we'll send a driver to come get your shipment, or you can select the option to drop off and take it to any UPS Customer Center. Our carrier is UPS, not the U.S. Postal Service, so you can not drop off a BikeFlights shipment at a post office.

Lmao...unless you’re selling your bike, better to invest in a hard case if you’re traveling...where you’ll be able to leave your seat post and handlebar intact while secured inside the case, along with the derailleurs. No need to completely disassemble the entire bike and have to reassemble at your destinations! Shipping service is a good idea but certain much room for improvements!

The bike manufacturers ship literally millions of bikes and NONE of them do all of this. Protect the important parts of the bike. All of the extremities should be padded, remove anything that sticks out, like pedals, etc, keep anything in the box from moving around against anything else, and you will be fine.
