I just recently took up Krav Maga. I’m on my 4th lesson. I’m a 51 year old retired registered nurse who is doing this for fitness and self defence. Working in Emergency Departments for many years, I’ve been attacked and I have some PTSD. I am hoping by doing this I can help heal by having immersion therapy. Some of the exercises are challenging eg walking with your eyes closed awaiting an “attacker” but I am going to try and push through. I wish we’d had this as an elective university instead of sociology as in nursing self defence is a must.

Krav Maga deserves to be more well known, as well as more commonly taught and practiced.

Great video, guys! This looks like so much fun and freedom! Back in the late 70s through the 80s I was a rather decent roller skater and would skate everywhere, could do spins and other technical tricks pretty well. This is very different, obviously, but the balance and feelings of freedom and flying are probably similar. Of course, I had to be on the lookout for rocks and when I fell it was onto concrete which sucked. But then I didn't need to worry about sharks so there was that!

Of course it "works". They train hard and it obviously helps. But it is a bad system. What makes me think krav maga is bad is how in practices or in the final test no one actually tries to stab him. If someone comes at you with a knife tryng to kill you for real, these holds and movements dont work. If its not pressure tested i cant know it works. You should not close the distance like this guy says, you should block once and strike hard. Some youtubers made sth called ultimate self defense challenge and in an episode they get each fighter locked in with a guy with a rubber knife. That video shows what really works. And in that video the only ones who "survive" are the ones who strike hard and dont grapple, just dodge/block and blast them. This end up being very long but please question what you see, doubt about things and test them. Seek the truth 👍

As a somewhat serious workout guy, there is a big difference, and guaranteed you are stronger. Try 30 days of 100 pushups a day with a 40 pound weight vest on.

Laurie, when you were "Surviving in the Kindness of Strangers" with Elia, I seem to recall that ALIGNMENT was more about aligning with the universe than doing handstands! 🙂 Great to see you again and with your bru!

There are multiple ways to bail safely. Please have a look into them; to me it looks like you are essentially falling without any control and hope for the best. That is not sustainable :D I personally use the cartwheel method which works great & is very safe. Congrats to your handstand achievements, I love handstands for so many reasons!

My 100 Meters is 12.89 Seconds with 4 times of 100 Meters stretch or warmups imagine the energy I've wasted thanks to my tight locked heavy hamstrings i fail to exit from the starting blocks with explosive power I just become slow every time before Sprinting I have to warm-up and other athletes are not warming up they just exit from the starting blocks explosively and leave me behind in the dust their Pb time is mostly 11.90-11.15 Seconds so am always the last place i don't know why is Sprinting so energy consuming

Garbage clickbait title. People that really workout regularly and know what it takes to lose weight and build muscle know this is an impossible transformation period. Atleast not naturally. And he’ll even if your on gear it would be pretty tough. Just sucks because people that don’t know that this is a bullshit transformation will think this is possible and think that when they don’t get the same results think they just can’t do it and give up. When realistically it takes several months or even a year to get these results depending on the persons workload and workout schedule. So yea ur a POS for making this video and making the title what u did.

I have a burpee program that eases you into 100. On day 1 do 1 burpee, day 2, 2 burpees. Add 1 every day for 20 days. Then add 2 a day until 30. Then add 3 a day, 40 add 4, etc. yes it’s ridiculously easy into the beginning but if your out of shape it works
