I tried Running World Record Marathon Pace! - how fast is it really?

I used to cycle and even with some effort, I barely reached the 20 km/hr pace on average over almost 2 hrs. On a bike. I knew back then this guy could run a marathon in about 2 hrs and it blew my mind.

To run that pace for just over 26 miles, which is a marathon, is hard to visualise but seeing you do that, it puts it into perspective and has made me appreciate how amazing this athlete really is so when the London marathon comes round again I can comfortably say I'll be on my couch watching 😂...great video
