I don’t know which posture I have. So confused. I have a slight reversal of cervical lordosis. Tucked under pelvis, can barely feel my glutes. Piriformis syndrome, my upper spine feels kinda rounded. My rib cage feels flat from the from to the back. I have huge limited movements. Tight hamstrings. I feel like I’m always gripping my butt muscles any time I stand. Tailbone pain etc

@@TheBodyConditioner I have realized that I have swayback and anterior pelvic tilt at the same time. I don’t know what excersizes to do and don’t really see anything online for this. I had really bad anterior pelvic tilt for mostly my whole life. Then it slowly started to turn into sway back. My knees lock, and my pelvis tucks completely under. My hips are super ahead of my body and I have a slight reversal of cervical lordosis that I feel is getting worse. If you need a emailed picture for reference please let me know

@@Rokia2003 swayback and anterior pelvic tilt is normal, all you describe is quite normal due to postural and muscular imbalance. Start with what you know works for you.

Im a 15 yr old footballer whos been training since 7 till 9 yrs the I took a break and started again from 13 till now (15 ). My knees are about 6-7cm apart, do I have to worry or is it natural?

Since i was a child i took enough calcium and vitamin d. And my parents always concerned about my nutritional requirements. I have a good strength and energy in both my upper and lower body. And i used to jog 4 km every morning. But i have bow legs. I dont know the reason for this. 😮
