You know... the thing that really strikes me about this mission is that the Gaalsian are pretty hypocritical. They blasted you for shipbreaking a couple missions back but here they're clearly doing it themselves, albite at a slower pace. The only thing they haven't done to break their own supposed mandate is send something into space, but even that is born of ignorance. After all... they don't know WHY they're not allowed in space, only that they're not allowed in space.

As someone so resource conscious I expected you to jump on and immediately start spamming Rachel's hacking ability.

Paid DLC faction dropped for HW3, but its only playable in War Games mode. Didn't think they could drive the game any farther into the dirt. Guess DoK was the last installment to watch skirmish replays with commentary.

It's rather chilling to see that the four ships seen near the surface of the desert were part of a much larger group. Some of them are under kilometers of stone, in their sealed square caverns, where they'll never be recovered or even directly seen again. How many ships are like that, invisible from the surface and shielded from orbital detection by unfathomable amounts of rock? How deep do some of them get placed? Also, the 'Copy, Sakala' response to their announcement that the initial force was driven back felt so hilariously dismissive.

My favorite detail of the baserunner is definitely the apartment building sized bash bar they have on the front. Or the drone, those look quite cool.

This popped but up on my suggested list today. I'd clearly watched it many Angel Moon's ago because I had already liked it. Watched it again for the nostalgia and the feels for the beloved franchise. Facepalms at the plight of HW3. Glad I didn't waste money on that, yet gutted it wasn't what it should of been. Back to HWRM and DoK it is then.

I hopped over because I wanted to see if you did anything with the HW 3 release... I'm sorry how that turned out.

This is why I love watching these matches. In some RTS games, map control or unit spam is all it takes to win some.. but damn if this wasn't back and forth the whole match. Lose over 3/4 of the map? Doesn't matter, still got 3 carriers. Having to fight 3 to 1? Doesn't matter, got the relics. The whole match feels worth it.

Playing this after dune part 2 and homeworld 3 came out need to get that game looks too good

When are you doing HW3 content?

Nice to see the playerbase is still active. HW3 got me itching to get back into HWRM and DoK, and hopefully the wider community will warm to War Games and HW3 multiplayer.

That was a great battle with some really impressive players. Very good vid. I enjoyed watching. I like 1v1 games more than team games but this was a great example of how team games can be very entertaining.
