Haha working on it! Glad you want them! Right now all the newer stuff is on instagram under pickleball_health as well! Working on getting back into KZbin also. Would you prefer longer videos like this one or more KZbin short 1.5 minute long style? (It changes if I have to film it landscape or portrait that’s why it’s harder to pick)

Top spin is ( in my opinion) hardest of the other two spins ( side and under)., why because the motion is an upward shot asopose to a under slice or side slice. Top upward motion when not time right can go either too high or hit the net due to mistiming the shot. It doesn't help when we have a smaller court to play within. Modern grittier paddles are making in roads for more aggressive plays from top pros but for anyone 4.0 and below, it will be a struggle against players who can play hard drives with top spins. An aggressive player said to me 'you cannot win without mastering and executing this shot at higher levels. I am thinking he may be right and soon the resetting 3rd shot drops will be harder to make when all balls are coming at you FASTER than you can react, or even dodge.

Whatever lets you hit it consistently deep works great! Sorry I can’t picture what you mean when you describe how you serve. Are you setup like a lunge with your feet more or less in front of each other facing the court or are you more feet next to each other while facing the target?

Yoooo remember this comment pleaseeee. I have played so much tennis growing up. I was really good… but unfortunately life happens. Now I play pickleball… wah wah wah… but oh well I love it… I actually wanted to know though, what is the best paddle to have? Because I started playing pickleball a week ago and I bought some Amazon bullshit but now I’m already at a level 4.5 rating tomorrow I’m scared. Tell Jessica I love her. I’ll be home soon mom. Thanks

So Another pro that I follow Said on return of Serve you do want to put your whole body weight through it and get to Kitchen line quick.. I guess I need to do whatever works best for me .. any recommendations??
@Pickleball_Health5 ай бұрын
Correct, that’s definitely the goal! 🤘 To set your weight through it and get to the kitchen asap. If you aren’t having an issue getting it deep consistently while hitting it “more risky’ like this while moving then definitely keep doing it since that is the ultimate goal! Many players having a tough time with consistency need to focus on the quality of their shot first before they “run through it.” Hitting a 💩 return but getting to kitchen early just ensures you get a pickleball tattoo on your paddle shoulder rather than a well placed ball at your feet haha 🤣 Quality deep return is the priority, getting there quicker after a deep return is the goal 🤘

Wish i could understand the perspective of why people choose to play this sport. Imo i think any other racquet sport requires a different set of critical thinking and soooo many variations of hitting to master its fun. But pickball is just casual its for those who just "play for fun".
